Shipping Information

All of our items are handmade at the time of your order; as such, please allow 1-3 days for product creation prior to shipping.

DO NOT LEAVE SOAPS IN HOT MAILBOXES!

Our soap is heat sensitive, and can melt if left unattended in a hot mailbox. To that end, we use thermal packaging during summer to aid in protecting your soap from the heat, and include tracking on all packages so you know exactly when your soap will arrive.

During the hot months of summer, we are only able to ship soaps on Monday-Wednesday.

We make every effort to ensure your packages arrive intact and undamaged. Should the mailing service spite our efforts, and you are the unfortunate 1 out of 1000 customers to receive an item damaged in the mailing process please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A photograph of the damaged item and packaging

We will then be happy to provide you with a replacement item at no additional cost.
